Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wichita Falls Trailer Rental website and your rental of equipment from Wichita Falls Trailer Rental LLC. By accessing this website or renting from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website and our services immediately.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

Services offered
Wichita Falls Trailer Rental offers the rental of trailers to the public. Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
Deposits
A refundable security deposit of $100 may be required to reserve a trailer. The deposit is returned to you provided the trailer is returned without damage.
Damage
The renter is responsible for any damage to the trailer that occurs during the rental period.
Availability
Trailers are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer at any given time.
Rental requirements
To rent a trailer, the renter must:
- Be at least 25 years of age.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Carry valid insurance on the tow vehicle.
- Provide a credit card for the security deposit.
Optional damage insurance is available for purchase through MBA at checkout.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
SMS / messaging program
Wichita Falls Trailer Rental operates an SMS messaging program. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and unsubscribe from messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@wichitafallstrailerrental.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase.
- Opting in is voluntary, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list.

Disclaimer of warranty
The Service and all equipment are provided to you "as is" and "as available," with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or to update these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, the Service, or the equipment. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
